A beautiful figure of Nampar Gyalwar with silver and copper inlaid eyes, his right hand raised in the typical gesture of this Bon Deity. A serene impression, a well defined body, delicately incised dhoti and cape and the original seal make this a Bon image of the finest quality. 21 cm high.

This unusual bronze figure of Sitatara was acquired from Berti Aschmann in 1999. She is seated in vajrasana on a separately cast lotus base, both hands holding stems of lotuses, her hair combed in 2 looped rings. 17 cm high.

Milarepa with inscription
Tibet 16th c.
Fine bronze of Milarepa with detailed facial features, seated on an antilope skin draped over a lotus base with an inscription around the lower base. Besides its rare iconogrphy, this figure has an excellent provenance from the collection of the German Archive for Himalayan Research, acquired in Nepal between 1967 and 1971. 11 cm high.

Amitayus from the Thakuri Period

This repoussé figure is made of pure gold, not gilt copper as most of the Himalayan repoussé works. The fine and delicate figure of Buddha Shakyamuni sits on a high pedestal with a Kala face on the back and extremely fine detail all around. 22 cm high.
